Refund Policy
- At Rastriya Vocational Shikhsha Parishad (RVSP), we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our students and customers. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to address your concerns.
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered for valid reasons, which must be clearly stated in writing. Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to info@rvspindia.com.
- Refund Process: Once a refund request is received, it will be reviewed by our team within 2 business days. If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Valid Reasons for Refund: Incomplete or unsatisfactory services rendered by RVSP. Unforeseen circumstances preventing the student from participating in the program. Any other valid reason deemed appropriate by RVSP management.
- Dispute Resolution: If there is a dispute regarding a refund request, both parties will work together to reach a satisfactory resolution.
